Oct - Domestic Violence Awareness Month~In collaboration with the Domestic Violence Awareness Month, our group decided to work with the Penelope House to come to our Uni for a display.
There is other activities on going around the town e.g. Paint the Town Purple (Yeah!! I know!! IT's PURPLE!!) haha.. and they have been doing this display at various location such as hospitals and we are very honored to have them at our school.
It is the "Walk A Mile In Her Shoes" displayed the shoes that victims of domestic violence or their family members decorated.
 It's not a normal shoes display, each of the shoe represents their story to want to share with us..
Here's a story I thought it would be interesting to share with ya'll..
This shoe is decorated by a daughter in remembrance of her mother who is a victim of domestic violence. This is special for me not only because the shoe is so pretty but also how she used the word and the theme of that shoe..The colorful feathers represent LIFE and the dark feathers for DEATH (her mom died from the abuse). She wants to live the blossom life like the colorful feathers which her mother never had the chance to do that.
 Below is another similar story with her mom's picture. (well, I didn't really read the story, cuz I can't read the words.. hahaha.. but I've been told it's a similar.)  Below this two photos, undoubtedly have to do with children. Children always became the innocent victims of this domestic violence. The word on the red shoe with white feathers underneath is "STOP"! Stop making children homeless, live in fear and lack of love. The other pair of shoe says "KIDS SEE IT ALL, THEY FEEL WHAT YOU DO"! Don't always think that kids don't know anything, they do, they know what is going on with their parent, but they will misinterpret why these happen. These stories really touched my heart and it's a new way to see into these problems.   I really hope they will have the courage to speak out, seek help and do not learn helplessness.
Jagtran 小插曲 话说某一天，就上个星期四，因为要去图书馆，然后时间又吊儿郎当，我就决定搭Jagtran出去。 Fall是特别多学生的一个学期，Jagtran 里满满人，结果到我上巴士时，就没位子坐了。 背着我的laptop,手拿着water bottle, 也只好站着啦。 我需站前面so that 我可以 hold 着打直的pole,上面的pole我根本hold不到。 我上了巴士后，还有人要上，我也感到不好意识，当着他们去后面。 就在这时候！！ 有个人居然在那满满人的Jagtran里跟我说 （我前方）; Mr.A : Do you want to sit? (手指着他的座位) Apple :  No thanks.Mr. A : I think you couldn't reach the pole up there. Apple : O.O! Yea, I know.. That's why I want to hold the one over here..  (心理狂三字经)Mr. A : Are you sure? Apple : Yes yes.. Thanks..  天啊！！！他真么可以这样？！很多人ye!!! 那就算了，继续有人上来。 就在这时候！！！ 另个人居然对我说（我后方）； Mr. B : Do you want to sit? (手指着他的座位) Apple : O.O!!!! No thanks, I'm fine. Mr. B : Really? Alright.. (继续玩他的电话） Apple : Thanks... (心理再次狂OS)Jagtran 开始走了，我怎样都要撑着！ 到了目的地，马上下车走人！ 没想到，这个学期第一次搭Jagtran就发生这样糗的事儿！ I like Summer Oreo!This is the Summer Oreo Edition, and my recent fav because the sandwich is so cute!!!!
 Same taste as those white fillings just that it is a lil blue! like the sea water!!

ahaha... well... I'm aware of the calories.. but.. I just couldn't resist! hehe..
 Is there a lesion somewhere in my brain?I wonder why I'm so poor at expressing myself? Is it some biological problem like a lesion in my brain?
Perhaps if that's the problem I will feel much better, (of course sad too) just couldn't improve!
What I said, people couldn't understand and worst they misinterpret my meaning!
Something wrong with my brain.. something wrong here and there..
There must be some reason behind these..
And I shall find out...

Alright... I admit...Today I had the worst ever final in my life!
I hope I will never ever skip class again.. This is the effect of missing class.. and I hate it!!
It's so complicated, when your mn didnt come, you will think what happen to your body? Am I really OK? And you want mn to come.
But, when mn comes, especially with that pain.. you sucks! and you would hate it so much and say why you must report to me every month!
the thing that make this more complicated is it happened during the most crucial time!
I have no choice but admit that I am weak.. (*white flag*)
 and thanks for midol... I'm still alive..Well.. well... this is only the end of the first term..
Buck up and strive harder for the other 2 subjects ba!!!
One more month! and Chicago+Florida!!! here I come!!! MY BEACH!!!!!
